We endeavour to process and dispatch your order within 48 hours. There are however occasions such as weekends and public holidays where it is impossible to workaround. Orders are dispatched between 8am and 5pm Monday to Friday.


During the order checkout, you can select the options of economy or tracked and signature**. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email which will include your tracking details if you choose the option tracked and signature. You can track your order by click the link in your shipping confirmation on the email directly and it will track your order for you! If for whatever reason you are unable to track your item, get in touch! We will be able to help you.


**With the Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation continuing to rapidly evolve, our courier providers have temporarily updated the delivery protocols to limit interaction between courier and receiver, while maintaining business as usual to support customers. These are summarised as below:

  • Blanket Authority to Leave Policy - From 17 March 2020, a blanket Authority to Leave service will be put in place for all residential and business deliveries. To minimise physical contact, Courier Franchisees will be required to leave customer parcels at a safe location out of public sighting at the designated delivery address.  We encourage all customers to make this process even more effective by completing a Permanent Authority to Leave form specifying a designated safe location. 
  • Signature Required Services - If a ‘Signature Required’ service is in place; all Courier Franchisees will be required to take a photo as proof of delivery if able to leave in a safe and secure place. Otherwise, the item will be available for uplift from your local depot.  
  • Depot Collections - For local depot collections, customers will be required to exercise caution and leave a natural gap (we advise approximately 2 metres) between themselves and depot staff during interaction. 
  • International Services - Please be aware that all international outbound flights are currently under review, we anticipate delays in transit time due to flight cancellations and suspensions. We will continue to update you as alternative routes are determined and we receive firm clarification from our carrier. 


When you order from lifewithhealth.co.nz, you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order is shipped, you will be emailed the shipment confirmation or tracking confirmation, if you select the shipping option tracked and signature for your order's shipment. You can choose your preferred shipping method on the Order Information page during the checkout process.

The total delivery time is calculated from the time your order is placed until the time it is delivered to you. Total delivery time is broken down into processing time and shipping time.

Processing time: The time it takes to prepare your item(s) to ship from our warehouse. This includes preparing your items, performing quality checks, and packing for shipment.

Shipping time: The time for your item(s) to travel from our warehouse to your destination. The transit time depends on where you're located and where your package comes from. For more information, please visit our Shipping Information page.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS AND IMPORTS

Please note that when ordering from our company you are considered to be the importer of the purchased products and may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once your order reaches your country. Custom policies and charges vary widely from country to country and we suggest you contact your local customs office for further information if required.


Our charges do not include customs, VAT or any import taxes. Most products will not be a problem although there are exceptions especially with food items. However, since imports and customs are the responsibility of the buyer, please make sure that items you ordered are allowed to enter your country, and that customs regulations are acceptable to you. We will do our best to minimise any customs delays.

This service provides scans at key points without additional charges. Visibility is not guaranteed as we do not control all parts of the delivery chain. Some destinations provide better scan performance than others. We are not held responsible for any order that using this service. International customs and imports still apply on this service.
