Dosage:
Adults from 16 years: Take 1-2 tablets daily after food or as professionally advised.
Children 9 – 15 years: Take 1 tablet daily after food or as professionally advised.
Best taken with or after food to avoid potential nauseous.
Always read the label and use as directed. If symptoms persist see your healthcare professional.

Contra-indications:
If taken on an empty stomach or if zinc supplementation is not necessary, there is the potential to feel nauseous.
