Usage Instructions
Dosage:
Take 2 capsules with food. After 3 months dose can be reduced to 1 capsule daily as a maintenance dose.
Cautions:
Not recommended for those who have an allergy to seafood. Vitamins and minerals are supplementary to and not a replacement for a balanced diet.
